Pointo

A website that turned India's fastest-growing battery leasing network into something drivers and investors could actually trust.

Summary

Pointo powers over 10,000 E-Rickshaw drivers with lithium battery leasing, IoT tracking, KYC onboarding, buyback, and predictive maintenance, but had no website before this project. I partnered with a developer to design and build their first official digital presence.

Result: A site that positioned Pointo as EV infrastructure rather than "just another leasing app," built to build trust with drivers, credibility with B2B partners, and confidence with investors, all in one homepage scroll.

Role: UI/UX Designer (in partnership with another Designer)

Timeline: 3 Weeks

Focus Areas: Research, UX Architecture, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Web Development

The Problem

A company already moving at real scale, 10,000+ drivers, nationwide footprint, had zero digital presence to show for it. That gap meant drivers had nothing to research before trusting the platform, and B2B partners and investors had no way to evaluate the company beyond a pitch deck.

Screens

Some screens from the project.

The Solution

Storytelling-driven homepageOutcome: repositioned Pointo from "leasing platform" to "EV infrastructure," a framing that matters enormously to how investors and partners size up the business

Driver and fleet-operator focused benefit sectionsOutcome: spoke to the actual daily user, not just the business buyer, which is what drives real onboarding

A dedicated "Why Us?" section (affordability, speed, lifecycle support)Outcome: answered the exact objections that stall a driver's decision to switch providers

Technology pages explaining IoT, BMS, and the EV stackOutcome: gave technical credibility to partners and investors evaluating the company seriously

Performance & scale section with YoY growth and footprintOutcome: turned "trust us" into "look at the numbers," the fastest way to earn confidence at this scale

Partner & media visibility sectionOutcome: borrowed third-party credibility for a company still building its own public track record
