FoundersFront
A community's first-ever platform, built to convert strangers into members and members into people who actually finish what they start.
Summary
FoundersFront is a fast-growing global community for freelancers and early founders. There was no website, no structured presence, and no system to support a community that was already growing fast. I designed and built the entire platform, marketing site, community funnel, and a functional dashboard powered by Supabase.
Result: A system that didn't just look active, it functioned like one: a homepage that converts, a challenge funnel that pulls new members in, and a dashboard that keeps them coming back instead of dropping off after week one.
Role: UI/UX Designer, Web Developer, Product Designer
Timeline: 4 Weeks
Focus Area: Research, UX Architecture, Interaction Design, Full Web Development, Dashboard Build, Product Strategy

The Problem
A community only feels real if the product around it feels alive. Without a proper website or dashboard, FoundersFront had no way to convert curious visitors into members, or keep members engaged past their first week.

The Solution
Storytelling-driven homepage → Outcome: gave first-time visitors an immediate reason to join, instead of scrolling past another generic "community" page
Conversion-optimized 5-Day Challenge funnel → Outcome: turned passive interest into an actual first action, the single biggest predictor of whether someone sticks around
Fully designed and built member dashboard (Supabase-powered) → Outcome: gave members a reason to log back in, not just a one-time signup
Bold, active visual identity → Outcome: made the community feel alive and in-motion, exactly the energy that keeps early-stage founders engaged instead of ghosting
